Hi Rahab,
I've been meaning to call or write back sooner...
My body... sex... is it really because I don't know my worth?
I want to be one of those independent women who does not need men to define them.
I want to have the power to use my body.. flaunt what I have to get what I want.
I don't see why that is wrong.
I briefly talked to Apollo about what you said.
Maybe it's not such a good idea to continue the business together.
The first thing he asked was if I was planning on partnering with Paul.
Paul is one of my employee. He's been with me from the inception.
Reliable, trustworthy, all around a good employee.
Paul's also a good looking guy.
Even though there's nothing going on between us, I think Apollo thinks there is.
Apollo is like that. He imagines these things.
He thinks every guy in the world is desperate to go out with me.
I guess I should take that as a compliment.
I agree with you that I should break off the business relationship with Apollo.
I think this is the ideal time to do it because everything's up in the air with this pandemic.
We had to let go of most our employees.
We told them it would be temporary but told them not to hesitate to take on other positions if opportunities come.
Yeah...I think this is the time to do it.
Once our business partnership is broken up, I doubt we can continue our personal relationship.
This would be a good "excuse" to break up with Apollo.
I can't continue being with him.
I'm getting sick of this rollercoaster ride. Literally.
OH! I ran into your son this weekend.
He still has the fast food place, huh?
He's always so kind.
Is he dating anyone now? I hope he finds the woman of his dreams. But maybe he should lower his standards a bit ^ ^
I'll keep you posted on my new start.
Thanks for thinking of me.
Lydia
